Cache Valley Real Estate Information For Buyers And Sellers, Home Buying Tips, And Market Statistics

Search Real Estate The Way You Should

by Lisa Udy on December 28, 2009

As a real estate agent it’s important to make sure that my clients get the best service possible when looking at homes. That service starts at the very beginning of the process by looking for homes online.

Because I have had so many comments from my clients about bad real estate websites, I have invested a lot time and effort in trying to create a user friendly experience for my clients when looking for Logan Utah homes for sale.

I have created a new website that showcases properties for sale in Logan, Hyrum Utah homes, and real estate in Smithfield Utah as well. This real estate site is a great place to get information on every property available for sale in the Cache Valley real estate market.

You can also use the map search function to map out neighborhoods, and use the Google street view to check out the the view from the street.

The great thing about the site is that it’s designed with the user in mind. There isn’t a whole lot of content, it’s focus is on giving you the best experience in looking for properties.

I can tell you from first hand experience that having a user friendly website will get you so much more business. If the clients feel comfortable and can move and roam around the website without having to think, they will come back. Also giving them the information they want to see helps also!

I agree with Ashley, the more easier you make it for the consumer, the more successful your web site will be. Plus, it benefits your home seller clients also.

Hi,
I think there are lots of people who are willing to take a new home or willing to sell their home so i think agents and the social media can be a great thing to do it easily. Anyways keep it up and keep continue with your valuable thoughts.
