		<description>The recession has sunken pretty close to home here in Eastern Canada as well. Although we have it easy compared to our neighbors in the United States.

Our Oceanfront market is a big part of what I used to do. Now I sell maybe 1 or 2 a year! I have shifted to condos - as the demographics tend towards retirement it just makes sense. The Oceanfront homes have taken a hiatus and will remain to do so for another year or so until people are confident they can really afford such a purchase.</description>
