Although we have it easy compared to our neighbors in the United States. Our Oceanfront market is a big part of what I used to do. Now I sell maybe 1 or 2 a year! I have shifted to condos - as the demographics tend towards retirement it just makes sense. The Oceanfront homes have taken a hiatus and will remain to do so for another year or so until people are confident they can really afford such a purchase.
