I’ve always heard that rent to own is a bad option. What if you are renting and you don’t “pay it off” before you have to move? Then all that money is down the drain and you have to start over again…

Well I’ve been paying Owner Wiz since February 27, 2011. I’ve been calling and calling, I have filled out all the paperwork they sent me, I have money for a down payment-
Here it is August 17, 2011. I got some messages on my answering machine that in two weeks someone would be contacting me to look at homes – that’s happened 3 times. I’ve called many times, no one ever gets back to me. I’ve been paying the monthly fee, and they never helped me- I still don’t have a home- and I am wondering if I should contact the BBB to file a complaint.
