Franklin is the oldest city in Idaho and is located just North of the Utah border with a population of just over 660 people. Franklin is a historic town settled by the early Mormon pioneers in 1860, and is home to a small museum portraying the early history of the small town.  There is also a large development on the southern end of town just off highway 91 with plenty of lots for sale in the Legacy Ranch Subdivision.
