		<description>This may sound strange, but I need some advice on the legal process of being the one selling/renting a rent-to-own property.    I currently live in Tucson, AZ, but have a house in Richmond, KY, that a couple wants to rent-to-own.      Its been on the market for over a year to sell and not even a nibble.    I don&#039;t like it sitting there empty and don&#039;t want to just rent  (the last renters almost destroyed it).       It has been totally rebuilt and is move-in-ready, so I&#039;d like to know what paperwork I need to secure the agreement.     Thanks for any help you can give.
