Its definitely important that the legwork be put in if a buyer is interested in foreclosed properties. Its important to have a good agent who understands the neighborhoods and is willing to put that legwork in!

I would recommend hiring a broker who specializes in timeshares. Those guys know that the sale of a timeshare requires a one-step close, and that you have only one chance with every buyer. Timeshare agents know how to get decision out of buyers in only one meeting.

I would say no, as long as you tell them that is what you’re doing. If they don’t want to show you homes, you know they might not be the right agent.
